Hample Ordering, Delivery and Collection FAQs

HAMPERS

Hamper Shop: Our online ordering allows you to select a hamper style and also set your own budget.

Hamper Prices: Prices start at £40 up to £200 per hamper. You can choose your budget, the more you spend, the wider the variety of products, and more luxury products can be included.

Hamper Notes: On all hampers and grazing boxes, you have the opportunity to add a note to let us know of any dietary requirements or allergy issues. You can also use the notes to ask for any specific items to be included in the hamper, or anything you specifically do not want included.

Alcohol Options: Wine is only included in hampers priced at/over £60 and the person paying/collecting must be over 18.
You must be aged 18 or over to purchase alcohol. It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK. When ordering and making a payment you will be required to confirm that you are aged 18 or over. If your order is a gift and contains alcohol, the recipient must also be aged 18 years or older.

FOOD FOR YOU MEAL KITS

Meal Kit Prices: Prices are from £10 per box for 2 people. For meal for more people simply select more boxes in the quantity selection.

Meal Kit Notes: On all meal kits, you have the opportunity to add a note to let us know of any dietary requirements or allergy issues. You can also use the notes to ask for any specific items to be included in the meal, or anything you specifically do not want included.

Gift Hampers Prices: Prices are priced individually.

COLLECTION or DELIVERY

Collections: We normally need 24 hours preparation time for collections. On the order form, simply select the date you would like to collect from the Hample HQ in Northampton. The order form does not allow same day collections. However if you call us before placing the order, or in the checkout's Additional Information section, just add a note and we will contact you to let you know when it will be ready for collection.

Deliveries: Deliveries are made using DPD, we estimate a minimum of working 2 days from placing your order to DPD delivering it (subject to DPD delivery schedules). On the order form, simply select the date you would like it delivered by and we will despatch to DPD based on their recommendations. Hample Italian Food Hampers

SUBMIT ORDER AND PAYMENT DETAILS

Submitting Order: Once you have selected your hamper/hampers, proceed to the checkout page to add your contact details. Please make sure you add a mobile number as it is often quickest for us to call/text you if we have any queries. There is a final opportunity to add a note in the Additional Information section if there is anything else you want to tell us.

Order Confirmation - Email: On submitting your order you will receive an email copy of the shopping basket and will be transferred to WorldPay to make your payment.

Order Confirmation - Payment: Payment is taken by WorldPay, our online payment provider. WorldPay will send a separate payment confirmation email.

Order Confirmation - Online Payment Received: On receipt of successful payment notification from WorldPay we will prepare your hamper for Delivery/Collection.

Order Confirmation - Online Payment Not Received: If an online payment is not received at the time of placing the order, please contact us with your order reference number (from your order email) and we can send you a payment link. If collecting from Hample HQ we can take Payment-on-Collection, but only if prior agreement has been made.

Order Confirmation - Delivery/Collection: We will email or text you to let you know when your hamper has been handed over to DPD for delivery or when it is ready for collection.

AMENDMENTS, CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Order Amendments: If you made a mistake when placing your order, there may be an opportunity to amend the order before it is prepared for despatch. Please contact us as soon as possible either by replying to your order email (which contains your order number) with the amendment, or by phoning us. We will do our best to amend the order, however, if it has already been passed onto DPD for delivery then unfortunately it cannot be amended. For collections, if products are available we may be able to make the amendments whilst you wait.

Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, you need to do so as soon as possible. If the order has already been placed with DPD for delivery unfortunately cancellation is not possible. The quickest and safest way to cancel an order is to phone us with your order number.

Returns Policy: Our hamper contains fresh products like meats, cheese, olives etc so unfortunately they cannot be returned. If you are not happy with the products received, you need to contact us within 3 days of delivery, and provide photos of the unsatisfactory items and we will then discuss either a partial refund or discount on a future hamper.
